3. Orders & Purchases

Ordering

Orders can be placed via phone, WhatsApp, or through our website contact form. You can also visit our shop at Budiriro 4 Shopping Centre to purchase products directly.

Returns Policy

• Unopened Products: Full refund within 7 days of purchase
• Opened Products: Exchange only if product is defective
• Custom Orders: No refunds on custom-made products

Product Availability

As our products are traditionally made in small batches, some items may occasionally be out of stock. We will notify you if your order cannot be fulfilled and offer alternatives or a refund.

4. Pricing & Payment

• All prices are in Zimbabwean Dollars (ZWL) or USD as specified
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice
• Payment is due upon completion of services
• We accept cash, mobile money (EcoCash), and bank transfers
• Deposits may be required for bridal and group bookings

• Exchanges or refunds may be offered at our discretion

If you prefer not to be photographed, please inform us before your appointment.

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Zimbabwe. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harare, Zimbabwe.
